After transitioning from director, she reignited her other passion of purpose as a certified coach and consultant and established Vision Focus Coaching and Consulting Group. She combines her corporate and professional training and expertise to help organizations, professionals, and individuals to define, develop, and document their purpose and vision. As a Certified Behavior Consultant using DISC Personality Profiling, Trainer, and Coach, she had coined the term PRISM (Professional.Relational.Image-Identity.Spiritual.Mission - Holistic) Coaching. 

 

A graduate of Wilberforce University; she continued her education by obtaining a Certificate in Biblical Counseling, a Master of Biblical Studies, and a Doctorate of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology (NCCT).
